Sigap provides an AI-powered automation platform for WhatsApp Business. We enable businesses to automate customer responses and manage broadcast messaging.

3. Use License

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for all content sent through your account.

4. Limitations

In no event shall PT Satria Teknologi Studio be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our materials.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
